Q: How far in advance should I order my dress?
A:The tailoring time for most special occasion and wedding party dresses is 7business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Tailoring times are noted on each dresss product page. Shipping time is 3-8 business days.
Q: Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?
A:Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customers. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than other items, so it’s important to order carefully.
Q: Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?
A:Each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photo, and unfortunately we are unable to modify the style, length or material in any way.
Q: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?
A:There might be a slight difference between the actual dresss color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitors display settings
