I was very excited about my purchase especially after seeing the reviews . My package arrived a day early than the estimated delivery date . When I ordered the hair I purchased it as “natural black” , 3 days later I decided to change it to “jet black” and the seller responded quickly and changed it with no problem at all. Their communication skills were awesome. I was updated on my package without even having to text them . They also let me know plenty of times if I came across any issue to let them know . The hair is soft and doesn’t have any weird smell to it with little to no shedding . The bundles are a little thin but I knew that before purchasing so I proceeded with buying 4 bundles.
