Sizes & Colors:
1. The sizes are illustrated with specific measurements in the detailed specifications. Please check the specifications before you place an order. Normally the allowable differences in the size are approximately 1- 3cm in measurement. If you find the size of the products do not fit you, you can directly contact us.
2. Differences in color may be caused by some other reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. However, if you believe that the item received is wrong color, please contact us to see if a return or refund is possible.
Return & Exchange Policy:
After receipt of the goods the buyer can apply for 15 days to return or replacement, please ensure that the goods are not damaged and the original packaging, the buyer need to bear from the freight.
If it is our responsibility, freight borne by us. For example: sending the wrong size, or it is damaged.
If it is the responsibility of the buyer, freight by the buyer. For example: choosing the wrong size and color.
