Q1. Hair smell
A: Factory wash the hair with warm water and shampoo, and we will put hair oil to hairs before shipment,protecting the hairs from being dye during longer-term delivery. But smell will disappear after washing it with
good shampoo and conditioner.
Q2. Body wave hair texture
A: Wavy/curly hair was made by steam, without any chemicals, so the texture will be looser after washing. Please kindly understand we do it for maintain the hair lifetime and natural state.
Q3. Hair care products
A: Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Condition the hair is very important to keep it soft & manageable. Let it air dry instead of blow dry.
Q4. Coloring
A: All hair can be dyed/bleached to any color you want, except #613, but remember virgin hair will be easily dry after leaving hair donor, so don‘t dye or bleach hair too frequently, it will damage the hair. Also please do it professionally.
Q5. Length
A We will double check the hair type and length before shipment.-When you receive the hair, you can measure it by stretching it, so you can get the correct length.
Q6. Gray hair
A: Virgin non-dyed hair have a few strands gray hairs inside, we usually pick the hair up in production,but we DO NOT guarantee 100% no gray hairs, please understand, and pick up the few strands out yourself. Thanks.
Q7. Tangle
A: The hair can tangle due to dry,oil & dirt build-up, salt water chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure wash and condition your hair twice a week. Use olive oil to polish it smooth or consult your stylist for more help.
Q8. Split/dry ends
A:Only virgin hair will have split ends. Our hair will be a lit dry after leaving hair donor, because it lost human nutrition. You can put some olive argan oil to keep them good.

First let me say that shipping was super fast! I ordered on a Sunday and I received the wig on Wednesday. The hair is also super full. After washing and styling it, it only had little shedding and it holds a curl well. I was also happy about the lashes that were included in my package!

C’est déjà la troisième fois que je commande chez eux Très bonne qualité , après la customisation deux fois + plusieurs shampoing les mèches sont très bien. Un peu de pertes mais pas beaucoup. Les mèches sont fluides et là tulle a bien résisté à la deco. Je recommande. A pris un peu + de 10 jours quand même. Mais ça vaut le coup.

This is the third time I’ve ordered this wig from isee and I can say that they come THRU! They last for 7-12 months with proper care (I’m pretty rough tho). The 180 density is true and full. One thing I notice on my more recent wig is that it’s had a lot of shorter hairs in the the middle of the frontal, and the sides are a lot shorted than they used to be, only like 1-2 in of parting on the sides. The lace is also a bit thicker than it used to be. The knots bleached perfect with NO SHEDDING!! You do have to pluck a fair bit but it’s not too bad. The length is true as well and the frontal is prob about 2 in shorter than the tracks. The cap is large, so I had to add an elastic band, and I removed the side combs. Wig shipped about 3 days after I ordered (on Friday tho) and came in three days after that. ISEE is my top wig source!!

Ok so i order 26 inches, tuesday due to memorial day & covid i recieved my hair tuesday. So if you count business days it only took four days. I am very satisfiedz so soft and pretty. Will be ordering again. Its so soft and natural looking you can either cut and pull it back or cut & make edges. Depeands on my hair style. As u can see its very versatile and its NOT a T part wig its an actual full frontal with soft hair. I think its a good deal. And i only order my hair from ali express.. since i was 16. I see does have the best hair in my opinion.

THIS IS MY HONEST REVIEW!!! This is my 2nd order from this vendor and I am very pleased with this unit. I haven’t noticed any shedding or unusual tangling. It is a bit thin on the ends but holds a curl very well. I DO NOT represent this company in any way. I just know finding a good vendor on here can be difficult.
