Pour ma part, en milieu de flux, me tient 4h avec fuites sur les côtés. Il faut donc en prévoir plusieurs par jour. Pour indications, je mets des tampons super en milieu de cycle.

I’m impressed! The menstrual undies are well made. I wear a US 7, and the XL fits about right. I haven’t had a chance to try out their absorbency, but they feel like they can offer quite a bit of protection. For $5.78, this is a great pair to try!
