te recomiendo pedir 2 tallas menos a tu talla normal ya que estira bastante, yo la pedí guiandome de mis medidas de busto y cintura pero me quedó grande aún así aprieta un poco y se siente en cuanto te la pones como mejora tu postura aún que me quedé grande, pediré otra 2 tallas menos, pedí XL siendo yo talla pantalón 9, pediré talla M, ya que si mejora espalda y se nota como moldes la figura
lo malo es que si se nota que traes faja con ropa apretada

This waist trainer is pretty good for the price, it helps with posture ! I wasn’t sure on what size to get because my waist size is 66cm/27in and i could get the small but i went with a medium and it’s pretty tight so i think you should size up when buying one

Muy lindo trae la horma para se vea más cintura, la que compre es talla 4 XL para mi mamá que tiene 101 cm en la cintura, en la foto salgo yo, solo para mostrar como es la faja, demora poco en llegar 3 semanas. Cuando mi mamá la use voy a enviar más comentarios para ver como queda esto en la talla más grande

I took the size M on the waist 70, to the arrival of the parcel spread to 72 :,) but the corset still sat well, it is fastened to all three rows without much effort on the first pull to 67 on the third to 63-64. The fabric rubs a little with a long sock, I advise you to wear a thin T-shirt under the corset or something like this. The goods is satisfied)
